Live Music Duel with Amy & Mike

Duel with Amy & Mike is a duo made of multi-instrumentalists and vocalists Amy Marie and Mike Skillings. Coming from strong musical backgrounds, Amy and Mike came together in 2023 after a chance meeting over a piano for sale. Once realizing their talents, musical inspirations, and sarcasm were equally matched they decided to form Duel focusing on strong vocal harmonies and interesting arrangements of their favorite tunes with a heavy dose of classic rock. Amy is a classically trained pianist and singer from Dennis Port who cites such greats as Ann Wilson and Barbara Streisand as her greatest inspirations while Mike, who resides in Plymouth, was raised on Chicago and Neil Diamond from his musical father who taught him guitar at a young age. If there is an instrument in the room, there's a strong chance that Mike can play it, especially if it's a drum kit. When they aren't performing as Duel, Mike and Amy are both members of local favorite rock cover band, Just Like That, and also play with various other performing groups throughout the Cape and South Shore.  Follow along for future performances on their Instagram, @duelcapecod
