About Us:

Adirondack Animal Land is a family owned and operated wildlife park designed to provide a home in all natural settings for over 500 animals. We are located on 80 acres of farm land nestled in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains.

Adirondack Animal Land is a wildlife propagation facility. Visitors will see bottle raised bear cubs and wooly baby llamas; as well as dozens of kangaroos, camels and zebras.

Animal Land is dedicated to educating our visitors as well as providing an exciting day. While TV programs are educational, there is nothing quite like standing next to a giraffe, getting nuzzled by a baby llama, hugging a baby miniature donkey or gazing into the eyes of a newborn fawn, to make your appreciate our wonderful world of animals.

Love the fact the kids could feed pretty much every animal at the park. The trees shaded most of the park which on a hot day was heaven. I would have enjoyed seeing a few more staff about to ask questions or some signs as to the animals names and background, for example the wolves seemed tamed and possibly crossed and it would have been interesting to hear their back story. Also the bear cubs appeared alone and alot of the kids asked were mommy was it would be nice to be able to tell the kids they were rescued or mommy was at the vet whatever the back story to that was. They were amazing to watch play though.

Had a good time. Daughter got licked by a giraffe which made her day. Has one of those cages where the birds land on you. And there is a really cool monkey that will shake your hand.

It's not a big city zoo by any means, but they do well for what it is. Lots of fun and exotic animals. Clean enclosures. Helpful staff.

In the wild, giraffes spend about 16-20 hours a day walking - they’re not getting anything remotely close to that here, nor are any of the other wild animals. Animals should not be living like this. It isn’t fair to them.. imagine being in a jail cell with no comfort for the rest of your life. PLEASE reconsider coming here for your entertainment.

If your looking to see animals you don't see everywhere you won't see them here. They have lots of deer lamas camels pigs views and the like. A couple if monkeys but they claim they have an African safari ride...... Not so. Don't waste your money go to The wild in chitenango they had lots more to see up close. Lots of large cats that were truly African wildlife. Animal land is ok for small kids who won't know the difference.
