I had been to this place during the winter fest in December. It is a large, neat, lively park. Enjoyed ice skating for $8 including gear rental per adult. There was also a beautiful display of ice sculptures by artists every Saturday evening during the fest. Kid-friendly place. The armory hall located within the campus has a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options to grab a quick bite, dessert or beverages. Thid is located very close to the iconic space needle making it a great place to view fireworks display.

The fountain is beautiful! Walking around the center many kind faces and warm memories some musical performers I can hear. Great place to relax in the grass a while and take it all In. Love it! Sparkling lights in the trees, A wonderful woman by my side. $20 parking ouch! $12 beer ouch! Having a wonderful time, priceless..

The view from the top of the needle is phenomenal, as are the displays leading up to it. The grounds are also very pretty. However, much of the top of the Needle viewing is currently closed due to construction and I wish I'd known how much before I paid (they did explain the renovations when I paid but made it seem like it was MUCH less.) Felt like being in a construction zone. Wait until the work is done to go!

This is an amazing place to visit. So much to see and do. It is crowded but once you see it you will know why. The Sports bar and grill inside the center has good food and friendly staff. Over all...Great area of the city. Clean and ready for crowds.

I was at the World's Fare in 1962 at the age of seven. The Seattle Center has always been a favorite place. Excellent Shakespeare Theatre, Science Center always fun. Not much into sports, so no comment on that. The food service a the Armory, aka Center House, is minimal quality fast food court, so plan to eat off site. Roy street is full of generally excellent food from just about every where.
